Global Collaboration Day is a 24-hour online event taking place on September 17, 2015,  wherever you are located in the world.  Students, teachers, and organizations are encouraged to host an virtual activity that will connect people on this day.
 

By registering these activities on this site, others can join in and experience global collaboration.  In turn,  we hope that this day will raise greater awareness of the need for connecting classrooms and education organizations around the world. Empowering student and teachers to create authentic, meaningful experiences will deepen learning and improve educational outcomes for all children. Summer 2015 Sewing Project Update

We are still making progress on the Sani-Panti Project for the Little Dresses for Africa organization.  Last weekend, we began to sew some neat zippered pouches.  (Thanks to WhitneySews for her wonderful You Tube Tutorial!)

Hats, Dresses, & Baby Shoes Projects Completed!

On Monday, we were able to get our latest projects in the mail.  The crocheted caps went to Knit for Kids.  The baby shoes and pillow case dresses went to Love a Child, and the small dresses went to Little Dresses for Africa.

2015 Clothing Drive

We wrapped last week with 3 clothing donations going to the local children's shelter, the Love a Child organization, and to Tender Loving Care Ministries.
